  • booking and handling consultations and responding to enquiries — under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest);
  • traffic analysis and improving the website — under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent given via the cookie banner);
  • fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations — under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Data Recipients

Your data may be shared with trusted service providers processing it on our behalf, including:

  • Cal.com — meeting scheduling;
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery;
  • email and analytics providers.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area — in such cases transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We retain data for as long as necessary to achieve the above purposes — until the correspondence or cooperation ends, consent is withdrawn, and, for legal obligations, for the period required by law.
